Nefes — meaning "breath" — is at the heart of what we do. Every rep, every stride, every sprint starts with breath.
Nefes Athletics is a program of Anatolia Cultural Centers, a nonprofit organization. We provide high-quality athletic, educational, recreational, and competitive sports programs for athletes of all ages and levels.

Membership
Who can join
Nefes Athletics welcomes members across the following categories. Membership is contingent upon completing registration, paying applicable fees, and complying with Club policies.
Youth Athlete Members
Participants under 18 years of age enrolled in academy or team programs.
Adult Athlete Members
Participants 18 years of age and older enrolled in leagues, tournaments, or teams.
Parent Members
Parents or legal guardians of youth participants.
Volunteer Members
Individuals serving the Club through volunteer activities.
Honorary Members
Individuals recognized for extraordinary contributions.

Our standards
All members, participants, coaches, staff, volunteers, parents, and supporters of Nefes Athletics are expected to:
- Act with integrity, honesty, and respect.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Promote fairness, inclusion, and equality.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
- Support a positive, encouraging, and development-focused environment.
- Uphold the mission and values of Nefes Athletics and Anatolia Cultural Centers.
Safe Sport
Committed to safety
Nefes Athletics is committed to creating and maintaining a safe environment for all participants. This includes full compliance with U.S. Center for SafeSport requirements, state and local youth protection laws, and best practices for prevention and reporting.
All members are encouraged to report concerns or suspected violations to Club leadership.
